Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account data: name, username, email, password (hashed), optional bio, location and Instagram handle.
• Shipping address: saved to your profile and copied onto orders so sellers can ship to you.
• Listings, offers, trades, messages and reviews you create on the platform.
• Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We store Stripe identifiers, never card numbers.
• Usage data: listing views and basic server logs.

How we use it

To run the marketplace: show your listings, connect buyers and sellers, process orders, pay sellers, send in-app notifications, prevent fraud and resolve disputes. Our team can view messages and order details for safety and support.

Sharing

Your shipping address is shared with the seller of an order you place. Your username, profile and reviews are public. We share data with Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, and authorities when legally required. We never sell your data.

Retention and deletion

Order and payment records are kept as required for accounting and dispute resolution. Email hello@sneakheadshop.com to request account deletion.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. No third-party advertising cookies.
