Terms of service

1. The service

Sneakhead Shop (“we”, “us”) operates an online marketplace where members list, buy, sell and trade footwear and related items. We are a venue: the contract of sale is between buyer and seller. We are not affiliated with Nike, Inc. or any brand.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms.

3. Seller plan and fees

Selling requires an active seller plan billed monthly at $10 (subject to change with notice). Plans renew automatically until canceled; cancel from your account and access continues until the end of the paid period. A transaction fee of 8% of the item price (minimum $1) is deducted from each sale. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Listings

You may only list items you own and can ship. Replicas, counterfeits, stolen goods and items that infringe third-party rights are prohibited. Photos must be of the actual item. We may remove listings at our discretion.

5. Purchases and payment

All payments must be completed through our checkout, processed by Stripe. Arranging or requesting payment outside the platform is a violation and voids buyer protection. Buyers pay the listed price plus shipping.

6. Shipping and delivery

Sellers must ship within 3 business days of payment with a tracking number. Orders auto-complete 7 days after shipment unless a dispute is opened.

7. Trades

Accepted trades reserve both items. Each party must ship with tracking and confirm receipt. Cash components are paid through checkout. Failure to ship an accepted trade may result in suspension.

8. Disputes and refunds

Buyers may open a dispute for items not received or materially not as described. We review evidence from both parties and may refund the buyer, release funds to the seller, or take other action. Our decision is final within the platform.

9. Payouts

Seller proceeds are released after order completion, via Stripe Connect where enabled or by manual payout to the method on file. Payouts may be withheld for open disputes or suspected fraud.

10. Conduct

No harassment, spam, scraping, or attempts to circumvent fees. Messages may be reviewed by our team for safety and dispute resolution.

11. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding 3 months.

12. Changes
